rain stream

Hi all!

After the pin wash finally I could start the rain stream, which is the first step to chipping. This two method it takes a really long time, but the result will manipulate the dust in final stage.

Hello mindenki!

start to make the base

I jus added the pin wash, and started to make the base of the diorama. One thing is sure, I have enough shell :D

final touches

A couple more minor changes on it!
I've made the headlights, because I've made wrong earlier, finished the dust behind the front wheel, add more dust on wheels and the gun, and add some tinny scratches to the sides, now only waiting for a nice figure and a base.

hairspray with sponge

I was playin' with techniques today. Yesterday I sprayed the camo on it and used the hairspray technique to get back some colors, but I just wasn't really satisfied. Today I was working over it with sponge and basic color, and now looks much much better! Now she is ready to nice weathering.

And........ Done!

Hi all!

Finally after long time she is ready to be a part on a nice issue of the next Tanker Magazine.
Finished the gun, finished the mud on the chassis, the lamps, the splash, and all the scratches. Unfortunately I can not tell you more about how it's made, but I can share with you couple of nice photos. So enjoy that and be a Happy New Year to Everyone!

Hello mindenki!

Végre kész! Sok munka, sok idő, de végül határidőre elkészült a kis zsákmány hernyó, hogy része lehessen a következő Tanker Magazinnak. Végül befejeztem az ágyut, a lámpákat a sarazást, a karcolásokat. Sajnos nem írhatok többet arról hogyan készült, azonban meg tudok osztani veletek pár képet, szóval jó szórakozást hozzá, és mindenkinek Boldog Új Évet!

Weathering in progress

Hello all!

I'm still working on my GMC to the Tanker magazine. Maybe it looks a small progress, but a lot work done on it. It looks like I will have more time during the weekend, and if the chassis will be ready I will post some new photos ;)

Hello mindenki!

Thanks for watching!

The neighbour

My very first modern project was this T-55. When I started it nearly 8 years ago, I said enough to me about WWII vehicles, for a while at least. Do something easier, like modern tanks. I've never had bigger mistake in modeller world! It started as a quick project and here I am 8 years later still unfinished the beast.
I took of from the shelf again, and this time I try to finish it. Why now, you could ask me? The answer is simple as always to me. I've found a new photo.
So here we are, I show you my reference photos, and hopefully at the weekend I can take some W.I.P. photos. Have a nice days until than.

Miért most, kérdezhetnéd. A válasz pedig egyszerű, mint mindig. Találtam egy új fotót.
Szóval ismét itt vagyunk, megmutatom a referencia fotóimat, aztán reményeim szerint a hétvégén már tudok is posztolni pár építési képet.

Ready for battle!

Hello everyone!

Here we are. Today I have taken the last photos of the finished BTR 80. I hope you like it, and if you want more you can read a full tutorial in the next issue of the Tanker Magazine.

Helló Mindenki!

Ma elkészültek az utolsó fotók is a frissen befejezett BTR-80 ról. Remélem tetszik, s akinek igen az egy teljes építési leírást olvashat róla magyarul a következő Tanker Magazniban.

Some colors inside

Hi everybody!

I have made some colors inside! Note that I didn't want to make a full upgraded interrior, because you can not see too much when the hatches are open. So I minimalized the art work in it.

Hello mindenki!

Hello everybody!

It was a bit too long silence in the last couple of month, because of summer, and because of my job in privat life. However I did not stop the modeling, contrariwise, I started a new project. This is a BTR 80 from the Ukrainian civil war 2014-15. Most probably Ukrainian units used and the rebels captured them. As you will see this model is not the usual as I do, no full of P.E., but as my experience shows no need to upgrade this kit. Of course you can swap the hinge if you want, but if you have (and I'm sure you have) some practice you can drill all the plastic hinge. This model goes to the new Tanker Magazine's next issue, so you can see on the photos an earlier stage compared to now. Please note, that the hull and the top of the body is not glued on the photo, and all the spare tracks are positioned by bluetech. I hope you like it, next week I will show you a couple of finished photos ;)

Hello mindenki!

I hope you like it
