The camouflage is on!

Hello Everyone!

During the last holyday I finished my remaining work . As usually the worst part was the sealing and grinding, so I was slaw foe weeks. However itleft a really smale part to be ready to paint. I've painted the "outlet" before the big job because I have to make the camouflage on to that, and if I made reverse,  it would be visible. But this way I should be careful to not kill the metalic effect. I've made the pre shadows (I will here and there some burnish) So here are the photos:

Az ünnepek alatt a maradék munkával is elkészültem. Szokás szerint a tömítés-csiszolás rész megviselt nagyon, úgyhogy lassan haladtam vele már hetek óta, pedig nem sok kellett a festésre kész állapothoz. A kiömlő fém részét előre megfújtam, mert a kamót úgyis erre kell majd fújni, a fordított sorrend pedig meglátszana. Így viszont vigyáznom kell a lakkozásnál nehogy agyoncsapja a fémes hatást.  Megcsináltam az előárnyékolást is (még itt-ott visszacsiszolom), a héten remélem a kamót is fel tudom vinni rá.

In the mean time (on the weekend) I could paint the camouflage. It was a really exhausitive work to draw the stencil, cut out that, and put on the top of the plasticine, but I've been enjoyed a lot.

Közben a hétvégén sikerült felvinni a kamót. Jó kis aprólékos munka volt felrajzolgatni a sablonokat, kivágni majd felerősíteni a gyurmára. De élveztem nagyon.

Hello everyone!

Unfortunately, today is not the day when I have loads of photos about results, or happy posting. After 3 days painting the flag finally I srued up! The Chechnyan flag is fine now, wit all the colors, as I wanted, but the purple.... that's a diferent story. It happened, that I made the stencils, and I spreyed up all the collors, but the gold, just stucked on the side of the stencil, and all the colors just took off from the leading foil. So I will need a couple of more days to fix this problem. And the mean time I'll continue with other smale things to finish.

Sajnos a mai nap nem a vidám posztok napja lesz.3 nap festés után sikerült elcsesznem a zászlót. A Csecsen zászlóval  minden rendben , de sajnos a lila..... na az egy másik történet. Az történt hogy elkészítettem a sablont, felfújtam minden színt amit akartam, de sajnos az arany megragadt a sablon szélén és amikor leemeltem az összes festéket felszedte. Szóval szükségem lesz pár napra míg ezt a hibát kijavítom, addig is befejezem az apróságokat.

The commander is almost ready to command

Hi all!

In the last couple of days I was working on the commander, tried to paint him well, but I'm not a figure painter. My first try was a disaster for me, even if I used a dvd from a very talented modeller Olivér Kovács. So I decided I make a trip to visit my Fiend Daniel Batta in Kells. Thanks god, he helped me a lot. He explained how the valejo is working for figure painting, and explained the processes for faces.
He is not ready, the hand and the throsers are missing, but I had to try it in to the cupola.

Az elmúlt pár hétben a harckocsi parancsnok festésével foglalkoztam. Próbáltam jól kifesteni, de hát én biza nem vagyok figura festő. Az első próbálkozás egy katasztrófa volt még úgy is hogy a Kovács Olivér dvd-jét használtam. Szóval úgy döntöttem, meglátogatom Batta Dani barátomat Kells-ben. Hál istennek nagyon sokat segített, elmagyarázta hogyan működik a valejo, és hogy hogyan használhatom arc festéshez.
Még ugyan nincs kész, a kezek illetve a nadrág még hiányzik, de bele kellett próbálnom a kupolába.

 

  

  

Mig-21 MF the "flying pencil"

Hi All!

I have to start that I have to say before that I didn't like too much this type of aircraft, for me it was always like a "flying pencil" (I know I've got some enemy now :D ) But when get older someone, start to be more sophisticated his taste. Seems to me. In spring time, it started to grow up a feeling inside me, that I should make a hungarian Mig 21. My decision followed act, and I bought in Mosonmagyaróvár's competition last year, the Eduard's "weekend set". I didn't want to buy the professional pack, couse I still don't like P.E. cockpits, I like much better the resin. So I decided  rather buy the Aires kit. I'm a littlebit affraid about building in it. I'm sure it won't be spotless, that's why I ask an appologise now from everyone, who know this beauty until the last rivet. However I'll try to build as much correct as I can from my own. I also bought the HAD stencils. I'm planing to build the side number 9510 modell. At the moment I'm doing the cockpit, but not finished yet, and working on the running pit, I'll take photos, when I finished them.

Régebben nem tetszett ez a gép, amolyan repülő ceruza számomra (tudom most szereztem egy pár ellenséget  ) de ahogy öregszik az ember egyre kifinomultabb az ízlése úgy látszik. Tavasszal egyre jobban érlelődött bennem a dolog hogy kellene csinálni egy magyar 21-est. Az elhatározást tett követte és Móváron beszereztem az Eduard weekend készletét. Szánt szándékkal nem vettem meg a profi packot, még mindig nem tetszenek a maratott kabinbelsők, a gyanta sokkal élethűbb számomra. Szóval inkább beszereztem az Aires kabinját és futóaknáit. Kicsit tartok az építéstől, biztosan nem lesz hibátlan, előre is elnézést azoktól akik az utolsó szegecsig ismerik a gépet. Bár jómagam is igyekszem utána járni a dolgoknak. Megvettem a HAD íveket is hozzá, stencilekkel együtt. Terveim szerint a 9510-es gép lesz megépítve. Egyelőre a kabinnál tartok, persze még nincs teljesen készen. Illetve az aknákkal is foglalatoskodtam, hamarosan azokról is lövök pár képet amint befejeztem őket.

firs step for diorama

Hi all!

Just a quick update, because I'm happy :D I've got today the MIG productions' modern street light. I had to glue it fast and take a photo, just to show you, I'm planing a nice diorama!

Csak egy gyors beköszönés, mert jól érzem magam :D Megkaptam ma a Mig production modern utcai lámpa szettjét. Össze is kellett ragasztanom hogy csináljak egy gyors fotót, csak hogy megmutassam, diorámát tervezek!

She is ready in 90%

Today was for smale details. I'd say she is ready at 90% only couple of big things missing, the white was from the gun' muntlet, and the engine deck or the back. After that only just syncronize the colors, and can follow the figure painting.

Ma a részleteké volt a szerep. Azt kell mondjam 90% ban készen van a kicsike. Csak egy pár nagyobb falat van hátra a löveg köpeny meszelése, a motortér illetve a háta. Azután már csak össze kell hangolni a színeket és jöhet a figura festés.

Still working on mud, the skirts, and turret top got the final thone of muds and the back also started. However the engine deck, and the border of the turret top need more attention.

Továbbra is a sár kialakításán dolgozom, a toronytető, illetve a kötények megkapták a végső tónusokat. Azonban a motorháztető és a toronytető határai, még további figyelmet igényelnek.

Start to work on mud and dirt

Hello Everyone!

In the last few weeks I didn't have enough time to create a real silence around me, and start to work with mud. I think for create a good looking mud imitation, need a lot of freetime and peace around you, of course good tools requred as well :D So as you can see i started the front armor as good as i can, and tried to make similar effects as the original. The loads of leaves are misssing that will be the last method, but I think I could catch the feeling at least of the original vehicle. At the moment just the wheels and front armor get the mud colors, the skirts will change soon.

Az elmúlt pár hétben nem volt elég időm, hogy megfelelő "csendet" teremtsek magam körül és el tudjam kezdeni a sarazást. Úgy gondolom, hogy a megfelelő sarazás imitálásához, megalkotásához, rengeteg szabadidőre és csendre van szükség, és persze jó szerszámokra :D Ahogy láthatod nekiláttam a frontpáncélnak olyan jól utánozni az eredetit amennyire tudásom engedi. Természetesen a levelek még hiányoznak ez majd az utolsó szakasz lesz, de úgy gondolom sikerült elkapni a fílingjét az eredeti járműnek. Jelenleg csak a front páncél és a kerekek kapták meg a sár színt a kötények még változni fognak, hamarosan.
